In GTA IV, these vehicles were 90% taxis and 10% cop cars (all Crown Victoria and Impala models). I think its my mods folder entirely or something because i spawned a car with native trainer instead of addonspawner and it was the regular voodoo2, when i opened the voodoo2.ytd file in OPENIV, it shows the modded car instead, tried it with tornado4 and it did the same thing spawned the base car but file shows modded car installed Also, use: XML Validator as a handy tool, if you feel like it. - Added RoadType options: AsphaltRoad, SimplePath, UnderTheMap and Water.

Say one of the LSPD stations for example, in-game there are only a few parking spaces with the random police and police3 cars spawning in those spaces. The reason for this is to overwrite the RAGEPluginHook that comes with LSPDFR, as it may be outdated.
