Holiday Greetings from Pinoy Robot Games!

The Preliminary contests are already over. A few have distinguished themselves in SUMOBOT and have gained a slot in the Nationals while the rest will go through the elimination round on January 12, 2013 at Don Bosco Technical Insitute Makati to gain a slot.

You can expect to battle college students and universities in the 1-KG sumobot category. The 1-KG category has become a first choice for many.
SUMOBOT Registration ends on December 15. There will be no extension. We will post the detailed schedule for January 12 before New Year.

This year, we will usher 60 students to participate and represent the Philippines in the International Robot Olympiad in Gwangju Korea.

On January 26, 2013 you will see line tracing, prison break and mission challenge as contest events. Mission Challenge will me the main event of this year. The winner will be sponsored to represent the Philippines in Denver Colorado on December 2013. Winner of the other events will be welcomed to join the delegation pending sponsorship availability.

For the Mission Challege participants, register early. We will announce the details and mechanics of the Mission Challenge on or before January 12, 2013.

All delegates to the 2013 International Robot Olympiad (including the winners of the NRC) must secure their own US VISA before June 30, 2013. In the event of the winner forfeiting their slot due to travel documents or other reasons, their school can elect a replacement.
